These scoped airchecks, however, are factual works, as they are historical, analog, off-the air, one-time recordings of broadcasts over the public (i.e.) FCC licensed airwaves from many years past.    Only short segments of songs are included and only a small portion or duration of the featured air personalities may be heard. As such the value of the actual broadcasts are not affected.   In other words, all airchecks featured on this website fall under "Fair Use" guidelines.
