These scoped airchecks, however, are factual works, as they are historical, analog, off-the air, one-time recordings of broadcasts over the public (i.e.) FCC licensed airwaves from many years past.    Only short segments of songs are included and only a small portion or duration of the featured air personalities may be heard.
